Another Orlando area drainage problem was recently solved with an EZ Flow french drain install along a residential property line.
The installation photo here shows where runoff water was collecting in a low spot along the lot line of the owner and their neighbor.
A 4 inch solid corrugated pipe was connected to the end of the french drain to channel the water collected in the french drain down to the rear lot line.
From there it was discharged into a dry retention area. To enhance performance the EZ Flow Preconstructed French Drain was back filled with sand to allow an increased rate of water percolation into the drainage sytem.
